Refund Policy

At AloDawaa, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:

A processing fee of 20% will be charged if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours from the time of booking. 

A processing fee of 100% will be charged if the appointment is cancelled within 3 hours from the time of booking.

Refund will show within 7 to 10 working days in the form of credit points in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.

To request a refund, simply email us your order details at info@alodawaa.com, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

AloDawaa reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice.

Violations of the Terms of Service will waive the refund policy.
